Fan of Sports? If so, which?
Not super into sports, but I always liked going to baseball games with my dad growing up :)
What is your favorite season, and why?
Fall is probably my favorite season - my birthday is in September, I loved the start of the school year, the fall colors of course, the way the light tilts and the days are still a little warm but there is that crisp feeling in the air…yep, I love it!
Do you have kids or pets? If so, would you like to share anything about them?
No kids, but I do have two kitties who are very silly and special - Phantom (aka The Man) and Henry.
What is a fun fact about you?
I’m into astrology - I’m a Virgo sun, Libra moon, Leo rising, for those who are also into it :)
Where did you get your license/degree?
Central Oregon Community College
What do you like about your job?
I really appreciate the opportunity to connect with each client and work together towards the common goal of healing. I also love that there is always more to learn and experience in massage - the possibilities are endless!
What makes you unique in your profession?
I think my academic background in psychology gives me a unique perspective- I see the body in a way that is very connected to the mind. I think that even though massage is obviously a physical practice, it is also an emotional/energetic practice. I appreciate the ways in which massage benefits the nervous system and the mind/body as a whole.
What is your favorite quote?
“Life moves pretty fast. If you don’t stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.” - Ferris Bueller’s Day Off
